On Nov. 25, Celebrity Autobiography celebrated its 10th anniversary as winner of the Drama Desk Award with a show at The Triad (158 West 72nd St) with a cast featuring Susan Lucci, Tony Danza, Janeane Garofalo, John Fugelsang, Tony-nominee Andy Grotelueschen (Tootsie) and show creators, Emmy-nominated, Drama Desk-winners Eugene Pack & Dayle Reyfel. Last winter, Celebrity Autobiography enjoyed a residency at the Marquis Theatre on Broadway.

Celebrity Autobiography returns to LA to the renowned Groundlings Theater direct from a successful limited run on Broadway. This is the critically acclaimed, international smash-hit comedy (London's West End to the Sydney Opera House) where jaw-dropping, outrageous, 'hard to believe they wrote them' celebrity memoirs are acted out live on-stage verbatim by other celebrities. Created by Eugene Pack and developed with Dayle Reyfel, the show opened in New York to rave reviews and won the Drama Desk Award for Unique Theatrical Experience.

Emmy-nominee Ellie Kemper (Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, The Office) has been added to the Nov. 25 NYC performance of Celebrity Autobiography at 7pm at The Triad (158 West 72nd St). There are four different playlets, newly written and presented by Eugene Pack, narrated by Rebecca Lane, that are 'put on their feet,' as the actors hold scripts and improvise their newly seen dialogue. This is now happening monthly. They delve into the crazy, neurotic, blundering, very relatable characters with relish, which works very nicely for that feeling where audiences and performers share all having fun together, feeding off of each others' enthusiasm. That's what you call a 'Good House.'
