Catskill's Bridge Street Theatre is delighted to announce its 2019 line-up of plays - five magnificent and audacious stage works for audiences to savor between April and October.  It includes two world premieres, a Victorian comedy, an American classic and an astounding musical about The Shaggs.

Casting is now complete on THE F#@%ING WRIGHT BROTHERS, part of the New York International Fringe Festival - FringeNYC 2018. This production is the New York Premiere of this comedy by David Zellnik (Yank!) with songs by David Zellnik and Eric Svejcar (Caligula), directed by Abigail Zealey Bess (The Radicalization of Rolfe).

Yank! is a love letter to the musicals of the 1940's. The musical brings passion and violence to the stage while telling the story of two World War II soldiers who fall in love in a difficult period of human history.

As previously announced, NYU Skirball will present a series of free events and post-show conversations with artists, writers, educators and Middle East experts, including the newly added Kathleen Chalfant, alongside Oskar Eustis, Tony Kushner, Jim Nicola and Alisa Solomon.

With this year's Pride still fresh in Londoners' minds, there couldn't be a more appropriate time for Joseph and David Zellnik's musical about gay US soldiers in World War Two to open in central London. It runs not far away from another high profile LGBT production, Rotterdam, which will finish its short run this weekend.
