The Van Wezel has announced all new Cabaret by the Bay dates, starring jazz vocalist Whitney James! Bay Park Yoga begins this weekend, free of charge on the lawn, and continues through December.

Alberta Bair Theater offers exclusive access to Rock n Roll Hall of Famer Darlene Love's “Love for the Holidays” concert recorded at Sony Hall in New York City and streaming on Saturday, December 5 at 9 pm. The city sidewalks may not be so busy this year, but there's no place like home for the holidays! After a sold-out, in-person performance last season, Irvington Theater will stream a filmed version of their treasured Holiday Celebration on Friday, December 4 at 7:30pm EST.

Kentucky Performing arts will present Darlene Love: Love for the Holidays on Saturday, December 5 at 8 p.m. EST. It will be a virtual performance-streaming from Sony Hall in New York City.

On Thursday, September 24th, Darlene Love, Judith Hill and Lisa Fischer stars of the smash hit documentary about backup singers, 20 Feet From Stardom, join Lee and Robert for what will no doubt be a memorable evening.

The January - May 2020-2021 programming remains on the calendar.

Adding to an already star-studded lineup, a?oeThe Music of Carly Simona?? at Carnegie Hall today announced that Deborah Cox, Jimmy Webb, Julie Simon, Natasha Bedingfield, Susanna Hoffs, Tony Shalhoub, and the Romulus Hunt Quintet have signed on to honor the Grammy, Oscar, and Golden Globe winning singer/songwriter, Carly Simon at Carnegie Hall on Thursday, March 19. Also announced today was the all-star house band, led by Teese Gohl and accompanied by Mick Rossi, David Saw, Peter Calo, Rick Marotta and Will Lee. Previously announced artists include: Indigo Girls, Livingston Taylor, Michael McDonald, Rachael Price of Lake Street Dive, Ben Taylor and Sally Taylor, John Forte, Resistance Revival Chorus, Darlene Love, and Linda Perry. Little Steven, aka Steven Van Zandt, is commemorating today's 30th anniversary of Nelson Mandela's historic release from a South African prison after 27 years in captivity with the announcement that his 1985 landmark protest album, Sun City, by Artists United Against Apartheid, the extraordinary supergroup brought together by Van Zandt, producer Arthur Baker and journalist Danny Schechter to fight racial injustice in South Africa, will be released on vinyl for the first time since its initial release 35 years ago. The long-out-of-print LP joins five additional classic albums from Van Zandt making all of Little Steven's records from his early career once again available on vinyl.
