Milwaukee Repertory Theater has announced its 70th Anniversary Season with 12 production across three unique venues in the Associated Bank Theater Center and the Historic Pabst Theater.

Casting has been announced for Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts’ WORLD PREMIERE production of INVINCIBLE - THE MUSICAL, featuring the music of PAT BENATAR & NEIL GIRALDO, from November 22 to December 18, 2022, in The Wallis’ Bram Goldsmith Theater.

Merrimack Repertory Theatre (MRT) has announced that Bonnie J. Butkas, Executive Director, resigned effective Wednesday October 12th, 2022 to pursue other projects. Butkas joined MRT in fall 2017. During her tenure the company broke all previous event records with its 40th Anniversary Gala; welcomed a new artistic director; posted three of the top 10 bestselling shows; and received a prestigious Barr Klarman Massachusetts Arts Initiative grant.

One of Boston’s most iconic actors will take on the holiday season’s most iconic character when Karen MacDonald stars as Ebenezer Scrooge in Courtney Sale’s world premiere adaptation of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol from November 30 to December 24 at Merrimack Repertory Theatre (MRT) in Lowell. Arizona audiences will be the first to see Justice, a musical written by Lauren Gunderson specifically to premiere at ATC. The epic three-person musical explores the relationship between Supreme Court Justices Sandra Day O'Connor and Ruth Bader Ginsburg, and already, theaters nationwide are lining up to produce it.
