Last night, the cast and crew of Anthony Rapp's Without You celebrated its 100 performances at New World Stages at Restaurant Row's Hold Fast, where producer Lisa Dozier toasted the team and presented Daniel A Weiss (orchestrator and music director), Stephen Maler (director), Anthony Rapp, and Royal Family Productions Mark Falconer with a signed print created by renowned artist Justin. Squigs” Robertson.

30 and Out is a hilarious, sexy and painful portrayal of what it means to start life all over again. This filthy and funny show explores what it means to be a lesbian, to lose yourself and find yourself again, all set against the backdrop of turning 30. Using touching interviews, innovative projection and powerful storytelling, 30 and Out is a memorable journey of mayhem and struggle that honours the complexity of queer identity.

Known for an effortless blend of mind-blowing guitar playing, soulful voice and impeccable songwriting abilities, Mayer has lit up the charts with numerous massive hits such as “New Light,” “Gravity,” “Love on the Weekend,” “Heartbreak Warfare,” “Daughters,” “Waiting on the World to Change,” “Last Train Home,” and “Your Body Is a Wonderland.” 

On April 27-30, Gemma New reunites with the New Jersey Symphony to conduct Berlioz's Symphonie fantastique, Rachmaninoff's Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini featuring internationally-renowned pianist George Li, and Sarah Gibson's warp & weft. Known for her dynamic and engaging performances, New served as both the Assistant Conductor from 2009 to 2013 and then as the Associate Conductor from 2013 to 2016 for the Symphony and was recently appointed Artistic Advisor and Principal Conductor of the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra.

Shakespeare Theatre Company has announced the cast and creative team for the upcoming production of Tectonic Theater Project's Here There Are Blueberries. 

Truth Killer showcases that the original and current lineup - comprised of Lajon Witherspoon, Clint Lowery, John Connolly, Vince Hornsby and Morgan Rose - sound as relevant now as they did on their 1997 self-titled debut. Producer, friend and collaborator Michael “Elvis” Baskette returns to produce Truth Killer.

Pasadena Playhouse presents its 50th anniversary production of A Little Night Music which will extend through Sunday, May 28. Performances will begin April 25 and press opening is April 30. 

The Boston Symphony Orchestra (BSO) will open its doors for a free concert on Sunday, May 7 at 2 p.m. Led by BSO Music Director Andris Nelsons and Boston Pops Conductor Keith Lockhart, the program will feature a diverse musical program designed to celebrate the City of Boston while building community through the shared experience of great music.

Danny Feldman, Producing Artistic Director of Pasadena Playhouse, the State Theater of California, has announced the full cast and creative team for the Playhouse's 50th anniversary production of A Little Night Music which will extend through Sunday, May 28.

The release is accompanied by a video directed by Fatos Marishta, which features Frankie Cosmos and Juan roaming NYC aimlessly, trying to communicate on their flip phones. The album features many other familiar female collaborators like Y La Bamba and Zoe Gotusso, who sings on his first single “Milanesa al Pan.”

Rock & Roll Hall of Famer DAVE MASON kicks off his summer tour on Wednesday, May 17 in Davenport, IA and continues east with performances set in Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Hartford, New Brunswick and beyond. The twenty-two date current summer leg will end on June 28 in Boston, MA with the Steve Miller Band.

Produced by Live Nation, leg two includes stops in Nashville, Denver, Austin, and more before concluding at Fort Worth’s Dickies Arena on October 15. Fans will have the opportunity to hear the group’s first single in seven years, “Nobody”,  and their new album Life is But A Dream… for the first time live during the 30 show outing.

Peter Frampton is one of the most celebrated artists and guitarists in rock history. In 2007, Frampton won a Grammy for Best Pop Instrumental Album for Fingerprints and in 2014 was inducted into the Musicians Hall of Fame. He received the prestigious Les Paul Innovation Award from NAMM’s TEC Awards in 2019.

PACT Centre for Emerging Artists has announced the dynamic three-day program for Sound Out The Street in Erskineville, from 28 – 30 April 2023. Celebrating the talent and diversity of the local community, the series finale brings together three days of pop-up art, music, sound and dance, in their largest outdoor event to date.
