Brian Yorkey and Tom Kitt's Pulitzer-Prize winning musical Next to Normal opens on the Wimberley Players stage on November 8th and runs through December 1st.

Following their sold-out run of Come Rain or Come Shine: A Judy Garland Cabaret at Mary's Attic, Brown Paper Box Co., announces the cast, staff, and design team behind Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey's Tony Award-nominated musical, If/Then.

Bristol Riverside Theatre follows up its season opener, An Act of God, with Kim Wayans and continues its 33rd Season with Tom Kitt and Brian Yorkey's Broadway hit, Next To Normal. This Tony and Pulitzer winning musical drama about a family coming apart at its center runs October 29 to November 24, 2019. Opening Night is Thursday, October 31 at 7:30pm. BRT's Artistic Director Keith Baker directs this rock musical that features NYC-based actress Donna Vivino in the role of Diana.. Signature Theatre announced today the full cast and creative team for A Chorus Line with music by Marvin Hamlisch, lyrics by Edward Kleban and book by James Kirkwood Jr. & Nicholas Dante. A Chorus Line will run from October 29, 2019 - January 5, 2020 in Signature Theatre's intimate MAX Theatre and will be directed by Signature Theatre Associate Artistic Director Matthew Gardiner (Signature's Passion, Billy Elliot) and choreographed by Tony Award nominee Denis Jones (Broadway's Tootsie, Signature's Crazy for You).

Ground Floor Theatre (GFT) and Deaf Austin Theatre (DAT) announce casting for the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical, Next to Normal running December 5-21, 2019 at the Ground Floor Theatre, 979 Springdale Rd. Directed by Lisa Scheps and Brian Cheslik, this collaboration with GFT and DAT will feature a cast of both hearing and deaf actors, and the show will be presented synchronously in spoken English and American Sign Language (ASL).

Pulitzer winning rock musical NEXT TO NORMAL is not the most obvious show to bring to Jakarta, much less by young actors still in school or college age. Bristol Riverside Theatre will kick off its 33rd Season by putting God centerstage in the sinfully funny An Act of God by 13-time Emmy winner David Javerbaum. Seated at the staircase to Heaven, audiences will find national TV, film and comedy star Kim Wayans. The In Living Color alum, and a member of the famous Wayans family, will rule the universe in a new comedy penned by former The Daily Show with Jon Stewart writer Javerbaum. The play, which was a smash hit on Broadway, was based on Javerbaum's Twitter persona @TheTweetofGod, which now boasts six million followers. An Act of God is directed by BRT Founding Director Susan D. Atkinson. The show will run for 28 performances, from September 17 to October 13, 2019, with the press opening on Thursday, September 19 at 7:30pm. All performances are at Bristol Riverside Theatre in Bucks County, located at 120 Radcliffe Street. IF/THEN is a dramatization of the concept of opportunity cost. How different might your life be because you went to the park an hour later than you planned or lingered there a little longer? How much of life's trajectory is informed by choice as opposed to coincidence or what is 'supposed' to be? How could your seemingly inconsequential afternoon fundamentally change not only your life but also the lives of your friends and family? IF/THEN has a lot of thoughts on those questions... the overall reward is worthwhile.

NEXT TO NORMAL, the award-winning rock musical about a suburban family dealing with mental health illness, will be performed at the USMAR ISMAIL THEATRE HALL, Jakarta on Tuesday, August 20th 2019. This musical is produced by JAKARTA YOUTH FOR PERFORMING ARTS (JYPA) and officially licensed through Music Theatre International (MTI). JYPA is also collaborating with mental health and suicide prevention community INTO THE LIGHT.

The Next Chapter Actors will present Next to Normal at Fox Cities Performing Arts Center Aug. 8-10.

Cue Zero Theatre Company closes their first full season with the Tony Award winning musical, Next To Normal, presented at the Hatbox Theatre in Concord, NH. The production opens August 16th and runs through August 25th. Performances are Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30, Sundays at 2:00 PM.
