In its return to the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan on Wednesday, November 1, New York City-based Tom Gold Dance will give the World Premiere of Tom Gold Dance Founder and Director Tom Gold's Sandman and The Golem as part of a new program entitled Uncanny to music of Czech composer and pianist Gideon Klein.

For its return to Untermyer Park and Gardens in Yonkers, NY for the third consecutive year, New York City-based classical dance company Tom Gold Dance, which celebrates its 15th anniversary in 2023, will present Tom Gold Dance Founder and Director Tom Gold's XV, B-Shert, and, for the first time in its entirety since its 2018 premiere, Rapid Oxidation, Friday, June 23 at 7:00PM.

New York City based Tom Gold Dance will give the World Premiere of Tom Gold Dance Founder and Director Tom Gold's XV during the Company's 2023 spring season, Wednesday, April 12 and Thursday, April 13 at The Kaye Playhouse at Hunter College. For the first program of its 15th anniversary, the Company will also present a revival of Gold's Significant Strangers (2019) and the first traditional staging of Gold's A Felicidade (2020).

New York City-based Tom Gold Dance will give the first complete in-person performance of Tom Gold Dance Founder and Director Tom Gold's Portraits and more in The Goldman-Sonnenfeldt Family Auditorium at the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan, Wednesday, October 26.

As part of its ongoing summer programming, Tom Gold Dance will make its debut at Little Island in Hudson River Park with two free performances in The Play Ground, Monday, August 1 and Saturday, August 13, both at 4:30PM.

Due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the 2020 spring season of Tom Gold Dance, Wednesday, April 1 and Thursday, April 2, at The Kaye Playhouse at Hunter College, has been canceled. The April 2 Tom Gold Dance benefit has also been canceled.

June 29, 2019 Melissa Barak's Ballet Company, Barak Ballet, is becoming a staple at the Broad Stage in Santa Monica. Since 2013, they have been appearing annually and she has continually delivered her talent and creativity to her home town.  A native Santa Monican, she is now one of America's foremost rising female choreographers.  Ms. Barak spent a decade dancing for New York City Ballet and choreographing for the School and Company of American Ballet at age 22. And her tenacity has paid off.

The producers of AN AMERICAN IN PARIS, winner of four Tony Awards, are pleased to announce the cast for the second year of the North American tour, beginning with the Albuquerque, NM engagement on October 17.

In 2015, the Eglevsky Ballet engaged Maurice B. Curry as its new Executive Artistic Director. In two years, the Eglevsky Ballet has doubled the enrollment in its dance academy and now boasts ten educators and a resident artist. A full slate of year-round ballet classes and workshops are offered for students ranging from three years of age to 20 years old.
