Feinstein's latest release, Gershwin Country, is an album of brand-new duets reimagining the classic songs of George and Ira Gershwin through the contemporary lens of country music. 15-Time Grammy-winning banjo virtuoso Béla Fleck comes to the not-for-profit Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts showcasing a multi-generational gamut of the best of bluegrass players on Sunday, April 10 at 7pm. 

Cast member Madalyn McHugh, returning to FST for the third time, has a repertoire that includes musical theatre, opera, pop, contemporary Christian music, and, especially, deep country roots. In this interview, we discuss her Nashville origins, what music has taught her, and the magical music moments audiences have experienced in “Friends in Low Places.”

Audiences are invited to join a nostalgic and spectacular musical exploration of Garland’s illustrious career. Executive produced by Liza Minnelli, this performance will be packed with special surprise moments as Feinstein honors Garland’s unparalleled talent and charisma. 

Included on the album are hits like 'Kiss An Angel Good Mornin'', 'Is Anybody Goin' to San Antone,' 'I'd Rather Love You,' 'I'm Just Me' and more fan favorites. In line with Black History Month, the celebration of this anniversary reminds us how Pride transcended racial barriers within the country music community and beyond.

“Stretchy Pants” was written by Carrie Underwood, Hillary Lindsey and Chris DeStefano, the songwriting combo who have written such hits as Underwood’s “Little Toy Guns” and “Smoke Break.”  Their most recent collaboration, “Favorite Time Of Year,” appears on Underwood’s My Gift (Special Edition).
