The video provides a physical metaphor for the song's tough lyrical themes, following a boxer as he works to better himself and his mind. It's a glance into the demanding perseverance that it takes to overcome self-doubt, depression, personal frustration, and other mental health issues. The video was filmed onsite at City of Angels Boxing Gym in Los Angeles, CA and Summit Theater in Colorado. Jake Stark, with whom the band previously worked with on their impactful music videos for singles 'Prayers' and 'Shadowboxer', directed the piece.
