True to its title, Reconfiguration: An Evening with Other Livesreconceives the acclaimed rock band's live show as an immersive theatrical experience helmed by Steppenwolf Theatre Company co-founder Terry Kinney in this world premiere collaborative work. Other Lives' Jesse Tabish, Jonathon Mooney, Josh Onstott, Daniel Hart, and Danny Reisch will perform songs from their most recent album, Rituals, along with previous releases, while Kinney crafts an engrossing audio-visual narrative inspired by the band's cinematic music.
Nicholas L. Ashe, Danny McCarthy, Natalie Gold, Marin Ireland, and Samuel H. Levine will be featured in the LCT3/Lincoln Center Theater world premiere of KILL FLOOR, by Abe Koogler, directed by Lila Neugebauer. KILL FLOOR will begin performances Saturday, October 3, open Monday, October 19, and run for six weeks only through Sunday, November 15 at the Claire Tow Theater (150 West 65 Street). Milwaukee Rep's Stiemke Studio presents this up-close and personal production after being named an outstanding solo performance on both sides of the Atlantic. On stage, Scheuer and his acoustic guitars, except for one electric string version, transform the theater with his impressive displays of musicianship over the 70 minute, no intermission production.
