Rare WEST SIDE STORY Book Signed By All Four Creators to Be at New York Book Fair

The ABAA New York International Antiquarian Book Fair is returning to the Park Avenue Armory in New York City from April 27th-30th, 2023. Peter Harringon Rare Books from London is bringing a rare first edition copy of West Side Story: A Musical, signed by all four creators (Arthur Laurents, Leonard Bernstein, Jerome Robbins, Stephen Sondheim).

Craig Fols Named Artistic Director Of East Lynne Theater Company

After a nationwide search conducted by its Board of Trustees, East Lynne Theater Company (ELTC) of Cape May, N.J., has announced that Craig Fols, an actor, director and playwright, has been named the company's new artistic director.

George Street Playhouse Announces Cast and Creative Team For THE 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE, Directed By Colin Hanlon

George Street Playhouse (GSP) has announced its spring musical comedy event--the Broadway/Off-Broadway hit The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee.  Performances of this fresh and newly conceived production begin March 14th and continue through April 9th at the Arthur Laurents Theater at the New Brunswick Performing Arts Center. Tickets are now on sale.

The Argyle Theatre's production of West Side Story, directed by Evan Pappas and Todd Underwood, choreographed by Todd Underwood, with musical direction by Christopher D. Littlefield opened last night, Saturday, February 11, 2023, and BroadwayWorld was there for the festivities. The production runs through April 2nd. Check out photos from the evening here!

Sydney audiences have embraced this once-in-a-lifetime centenary celebration with the 4 shows at the iconic Sydney Opera House officially sold out. MasterVoices Presents O HOW GOOD Featuring Jewish Sacred Music, A World Premiere By Daniel Rein And More

MasterVoices continues its eclectic 2022-23 season on March 23 at Central Synagogue with Ted Sperling leading O How Good, a performance of Jewish sacred music. The program includes two beloved works of traditional Jewish liturgy set by master composers – Ernest Bloch's Sacred Service and Kurt Weill's Kiddush – as well as the world premiere of And the Sun Goes Up, a new work by Israeli-American composer Daniel Rein, commissioned by MasterVoices.
