Donica Lynn announces the fifth annual benefit concert Today's a Good Day-Walk With Me at 8:00pm on Monday, June 26, 2017 at The Mercury Theater Chicago, 3745 N. Southport Ave. All proceeds from tickets sales, donations, and raffle will be donated equally to the American Cancer Society and the American Brain Tumor Association.

In 1959, one man hired some buses, loaded up the brightest stars and a generation's greatest songs and took their show on the road. Now the ORIGINAL STARS of American Bandstand are back on the bus and rolling into Worcester, Friday, October 27 at 8 p.m.

BEEHIVE is a musical so jam-packed with hits that it's almost overwhelming.  Though this show is not a traditional musical so much as it's a musical revue, there is a nice loose plot running through the whole production that serves to give the songs political and social context and really drive home how tumultuous the 1960s were and how dramatically different the early part of the decade was from the end of it.  The cast of seven women start out as young adults, and then as the time of the songs passes, they grow up, learn more about the world, and channel that knowledge back into the music.  It's a fun night of nostalgia, but also one that doesn't completely sugarcoat the problems of the past.

Ford's Theatre Society honored the legacy of President Abraham Lincoln at its Annual Gala on Sunday evening, June 4, 2017, at Ford's Theatre (511 10th Street NW). The new Philly POPS BIG Band will perform its first two shows on July 4 during the Wawa Welcome America Festival. At 10 a.m., the ensemble will play at the City of Philadelphia's July 4 Celebration of Freedom ceremony and parade on Independence Mall. At 7 p.m., the BIG Band will open the city's Wawa Welcome America July 4th Concert and fireworks show on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. NBC10 and Telemundo62 will televise both performances.
