I'll be the first to admit that when I read the show blurb for Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park's 'Alias Grace,' I was a little anxious and hesitant about seeing it. I knew the talent would be through the roof, and the production quality would be extraordinary, as always, but it was the subject matter that I feared. I am an absolute wimp when it comes to thrillers and murder mysteries. Yet, I spent the entire play on the edge of my seat, thoroughly enjoying myself and mourning the end when the lights came up.

Shakespeare's Twelfth Night opens this week at Writers Theatre!

Writers Theatre Artistic Director Michael Halberstam and Executive Director Kathryn M. Lipuma announce initial casting for the company's previously announced 2018/19 season.

Music and plot are so closely intertwined in Appoggiatura, that you can't mention one without the other. The play, part of a trilogy written by playwright-in-residence James Still, follows three travelers on a sojourn through lovely Venice. On their journey they wander the canals finding pieces of their hearts as they go. The city feels like one of the main characters in the story. As one actor notes, 'Venice is as old and broken as the rest of us.'.

Theatre Lila's CONSTELLATIONS is chaos at it's brilliant best. Written by British Playwright Nick Payne, CONSTELLATIONS examines the multiple paths of life and love based on String Theory, in which several outcomes can co-exist in parallel universes.
