On the heels of a thrilling performance by Phantom star DAVIS GAINES, the 2017 Janet and Mark L. Goldenson Broadway Concert Series at Rubicon Theatre Company continues with a concert starring Emmy Award-winner and multiple-Tony nominee NANCY DUSSAULT in MY LIFE…UPON THE WICKED STAGE. Perhaps best known to audiences as the first host of "Good Morning America," and for her co-starring role on TV on "Too Close for Comfort," Dussault's remarkable career began on the stage. Her concert includes anecdotes about Dussault's remarkable career and songs by many of her favorite composers, such as Richard Rodgers, Jule Styne, Burton Lane and Stephen Sondheim. Dussault's extraordinary musicality and comedic storytelling infuse new meaning into beloved classics such as "Getting Married Today," "Look to the Rainbow," "Old Friend" and her iconic "Make Someone Happy." Nancy is joined by Musical Director Christopher Marlowe and Director Valentine Mayer. NANCY DUSSAULT: MY LIFE…UPON THE WICKED STAGE comes to Ventura for three-performances-only: Saturday, May 20 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. and Sunday, May 21 at 2 p.m.

Feinstein's/54 Below will present the triumphant return of Kim Maresca in her all new show tomorrow (Wednesday) at 9:30 PM. Kim exploded onto the New York theatre scene with her starring debut as Judy Denmark in the recent Off-Broadway smash RUTHLESS! THE MUSICAL, a role she is set to repeat in the London premiere of RUTHLESS! next season.

The Cabaret's next season of engaging, intimate performances continues at Indiana Landmarks Center's Cook Theater.  The Cabaret's 2017 Summer/Fall season, which includes nine Broadway stars and the debut of local chanteuse, Gail Payne, kicks off on Friday, June 30.

After recently making her solo debut in "Something Beautiful" in The Appel Room, Jazz at Lincoln Center's Frederick P. Rose Hall, singer and actress, CORINNA SOWERS ADLER returns to the Metropolitan Room, 34 West 22nd Street, on Sunday, February 19 at 6pm to create a Live Recording of her highly acclaimed show 'High Standards'. The show is musically directed by legendary musical arranger, Alex Rybeck and will feature Mr. Rybeck on piano. The show is a musical journey through some of the best music ever written, reimagined by Mr. Rybeck including songs by Meredith Wilson, Leonard Bernstein/Betty Comden & Adolf Green, Leslie Bricusse/Cyril Ornatel, John Lennon and Joni Mitchell, to name a few.

Featuring the music of Cole Porter to Carole King, Leonard Bernstein to John Bucchino, Ari Axelrod's Taking the Wheel 'unfailingly engaging and intelligent' (KDHX St. Louis) story of one Jewish man, happily a passenger in life's normal journey, who is thrust into the driver's seat when he encounters unforeseen twists and turns.

BREAKING NEWS: The votes are in and the results are official for the fifth annual BroadwayWorld New York Cabaret Awards. More than 32,000 votes were cast this year for the excellent performers and shows in 16 categories. BroadwayWorld would like to extend congratulations to all of this year's winners and nominees.

Karen Akers' ardent 'Francophilia--- and I don't care whether or not it's a real word' was seeded in adolescence and brought to bloom by living in France, becoming fluent in the language, and absorbing European sensibilities (reincarnation is also a distinct possibility). Offering a show of French material is, to the artist, like sharing a part of her soul. Never has this been so clear and affecting as Aker's muscular performance tonight, enriched by maturity and new vocal elasticity. With the formidable Alex Rybeck acting as musical director/pianist and emotional collaborator, the evening soared.
