Andrew Moerdyk is a South African set and costume designer based in New York City. Since 2020, Andrew works as part of dots - an NYC design collective along with Kimie Nishikawa and Santiago Orjuela-Laverde. Recent theatre credits include Kate Berlant is KATE (Connelly Theater), Seagull (Elevator Repair Service), The Woman's Party & You Never Touched the Dirt (Clubbed Thumb), A Number (People’s Light), Mies Julie & Snow in Midsummer (Classic Stage Company) . He has an MFA in Design for Stage and Film from NYU-Tisch school of the Arts as well as an M.Arch [prof] from the University of Cape Town.
