Broadway Shows Will Not Perform At PPAC From January Through June 2021

J.L. “Lynn” Singleton, President and CEO of the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC), announced today via a brief PPAC video that due to the national touring industry's decision to reset national tours and schedules this winter through the late fall of 2021, PPAC will not be presenting national Broadway tours or any Broadway shows from this January through June 2021 as previously announced.

The Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC)'s and The VETS' annual Holiday Sale is on Saturday, December 1. Patrons can save 25% off regularly-priced tickets for selected seating and performances ONLY (please see below for a listing of participating shows). Holiday Sale seating is available for selected locations on a show-by-show basis and for selected performances only. VIP and Golden Circle Seating are excluded from the discount; other restrictions may apply. The Holiday Sale discount does not include PPAC's $3 per ticket restoration charge or The VETS' $4 per ticket facility fee. Discounted seating is subject to availability and no other offers may be combined with the Holiday Sale discount. There are no refunds or adjustments on prior purchases.
Brendan Kirby Will Emcee The Loew's Theatre Building's 90th Anniversary

The Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC) is pleased to announce that Brendan Kirby, co-host of WPRI CBS 12's The Rhode Show, will emcee the Loew's Theatre Building's mid-day 90th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, October 13. PPAC's 90th Anniversary Celebration is free and open to all, and will take place at the Theatre, located at 220 Weybosset Street in downtown Providence, from 10A to 3P. An evening celebration, with fireworks and concert by 80s cover band LA's BackStage Pass, will occur at WaterPlace Park from 7P to 9P. Both events are free and open to all.
