WaterTower Theatre (WTT) celebrated their new season along with the success and growth of their community, with their “New Works. New Voices. New Light.” Spring Gala. This was the organization’s first gala event in over 3 years. The celebration was held Saturday, April 23, 2022, at the elegant Venue Forty 50, in Addison, Texas.

Following the closure of all West End theatres due to the Coronavirus outbreak, producers today announce that Thriller Live performed its last Moonwalk at the Lyric theatre on Sunday 15 March 2020 -  the 4657th West End performance.

A year after he stopped the show with a mid-song standing ovation at Thriller Live's 4,000th West End performance, producers today announce that award-winning Peter Andre is to guest star in Thriller Live for a strictly limited two-week season in December.

West End theatres owners Nimax are planning to carry out a major refurbishment of the Lyric Theatre, with work due to commence in May 2020. To allow for this work to be completed Thriller Live will end its record-breaking 11-year run.

And on February 15, the show will smash yet another West End record by becoming the 14th Longest Running Musical in History. Final casting is announced today for the West End production of the Olivier Award-nominated The Rat Pack - Live from Las Vegas, which returns to the Theatre Royal, Haymarket - home to its first West End run in 2003 - for a strictly limited season from Wednesday 13 December - Saturday 3 February.

The West End will get a hunky new superhero and leading man tonight (Tuesday) when Ben Irish joins the cast of the critically acclaimed rock musical The Toxic Avenger - The Musicalin the title role.

The acclaimed rock musical 'The Toxic Avenger The Musical' opened at the Arts Theatre for a strictly limited 10-week season from Thursday 28 September.

According to The Stage, German entertainment company Deutsche Entertainment AG has bought out British entertainment producer Flying Music Group for £5m, with plans to move into the UK and touring theatre market.
