By Day, the two sparring co-workers can't seem to find common ground, but by night write beautiful love letters to their a?oesecret admirersa??. The unlikely romance unfolds as Georg and Amalia discover the truth that the anonymous pen pals they are falling for happen to be each other! But will their love continue to blossom once their identities are finally revealed? Musical favorites include, a?oeVanilla Ice Creama??, and a?oeShe Loves Mea??. She loves me is a musical adaption of the 1937 play Parfumerie. The story has also been adapted into the popular films The Shop around the Corner (1949) and You've Got Mail (1998).

The TexARTS Professional Series presents Little Shop of Horrors with book and lyrics by Howard Ashman and music by Alan Menken. Performances take place October 4-20, 2019 at the Kam & James Morris Theatre in Lakeway.
To celebrate World Theatre Day, SWS Performance and GCTC will be broadcasting Behaviour for free at behaviourplay.ca. The broadcast features a three-camera live-switched stream direct from GCTC's main stage. After two weeks of critical acclaim and packed houses at the GCTC, SWS Performance partners with Howlround Digital Theatre Commons, Fixt Point and Plank to livestream the March 27th performance of Darrah Teitel's Behaviour.
GCTC fosters theatre that is relevant to Ottawa audiences, and Behaviour is a perfect example. Set in Ottawa, the play was written by award-winning local playwright Darrah Teitel during her tenure as Playwright in Residence at GCTC. Alongside partners SpiderWebShow Performance and Playwrights' Workshop Montreal, GCTC played a significant role in Behaviour's development.
