The Young Players has announced their 2022-23 upcoming season to play at the historic Royal Theatre in downtown Benton, AR.

Based on the smash DreamWorks animated motion picture, Madagascar-A Musical Adventure JR. follows all of your favorite crack-a-lackin' friends as they escape from their home in New York's Central Park Zoo and find themselves on an unexpected journey to the madcap world of King Julien's Madagascar. Join Alex the Lion and friends on this fun adventure at the Historic Royal Theatre this May.

The Historic Royal Theatre will bring Elf The Musical to their stage this Christmas season!  Sponsored by Everett Buick GMC and performed by The Royal Players, Elf The Musical is a must-see, hilarious family favorite. 

With a script adapted to the stage by Lori Allen Ohm, directed by Koty Mansfield and Assistant Director Mason Newberry, this production pays homage to the original movie while incorporating special effects and influences from the "Zombie" culture that has become so well known since the original work began the genre.  This play is produced by Phoebe Earles and Erin Marchese, stage managed by Matthew Burns and assistant stage manager, Hayden Griffis.
