DaDaFest International Festival returns this autumn with a fantastic and fascinating programme showcasing the talents of disabled, Deaf and neurodivergent artists and performers.

Ochre House Theater will open its 2022-23 season with a new and biting comedy,  ST. ELLA, written and directed by Artistic Director Matthew Posey. The production will run at The Ochre House Theater, 825 Exposition Ave, Dallas, TX  75226, from September 7 to September 24, 2022.

The National Theatre has today announced its programming until the start of next year with productions on all three South Bank stages as well as three major UK tours, two productions on Broadway, a return to cinemas, and a new feature film to be broadcast on television this autumn. In the week the theatre reopened for audiences again, six new productions were announced, and five productions halted by the pandemic were confirmed to return to the South Bank.  

This November, internationally acclaimed disabled led theatre company, Graeae, once again joins forces with award winning audio indie, Naked Productions, to present a radical reinvention of Ben Jonson's Bartholomew Fair on BBC Radio 4. 

BBC AMERICA announced today the October 1 world premiere date for CripTales – a collection of six short films curated by Mat Fraser (His Dark Materials, American Horror Story) – each one written, directed and performed by a person living with disabilities.

The WOW Foundation has today announced a partnership with BBC Arts, as part of its Culture in Quarantine initiative, to curate a brand new digital WOW festival online.

BBC AMERICA has announced a new series of powerful short films, Disability Monologues (wt), focusing on challenging and changing the perception of disability. Writer and performer Mat Fraser (His Dark Materials, American Horror Story) will curate the six, 15-minute works, to be performed by himself, poet and playwright Jackie Hagan, Ruth Madeley (BBC AMERICA's The Watch), Robert Softley Gale (My Left/Right Foot), Liz Carr (Silent Witness) and more. The groundbreaking series is written, performed and directed entirely by people with disabilities and will premiere on BBC AMERICA in 2020.
