The Lakewood Playhouse presents the fourth show of its 77th season, its debut presentation of the American classic DEATH OF A SALESMAN by Arthur Miller, running tomorrow, February 19th, through March 13th, 2016. This production will also mark the continuation of Lakewood's year-long celebration of the 50th Anniversary of the Lakewood Playhouse Theatre. From TAMING OF THE SHREW in its first year to AVENUE Q at the end of this season, Lakewood will have presented more than 300 productions at this venue, built in 1965 by the Lakewood Arts Foundation. This year is a real terrifying treat with THE BIRDS (a faithful adaptation of Daphne DuMauier's masterpiece made popular by the Alfred Hitchcock Film) and selections from LIGHTS OUT (made popular by the famous story from Bill Cosby's childhood).

The Lakewood Playhouse is proud to present the Sixth, and Final, Show of our Landmark 75th Anniversary Season: The Musical "Monty Python's SPAMALOT" with Book & Lyrics by Eric Idle and Music by John Du Prez & Eric Idle. The Musicla will be performed on Fridays, Saturdays at 8:00pm and Sundays at 2:00pm. Performances will be June 13th - July 13th, 2014 with Special Showings at 8:00pm on Thursday, July 19th (Pay What You Can Night) and 8:00pm on Thursday, July 26th (Pay What You Can" Actor's Benefit) and a Very Special July 4th SHOW at 2:00pm!
