J. Sebastian Fabal is the composer/lyricist for the award winning musical THE TENTH FLOOR (book by Sara Cooper, Outstanding New Musical - Talkin' Broadway 2010 Summer Theatre Festival Citation, NYMF 2010). Other full length musicals include YOEY AND YEYA and 14 REASONS WHY I LOVE YOU. His children's musical, HELP WANTED: PIRATES! (book/lyrics by Chris Widney) recently received its NYC premiere to rave reviews. MFA: Graduate Musical Theatre Writing Program at the Tisch School of the Arts (NYU). Member: ASCAP and DGA. Broadway Gives Back presents a concert entitled 'Broadway Charity Songs!' 'Broadway Charity Songs' has paired a group of award-winning musical theatre composers with a group of outstanding charities and tasked them with composing an original piece that each prospective charity could use for fundraising purposes. The result is a group of songs gifted to the charities - with the hope that the songs 'go viral' while increasing awareness for these outstanding organizations. The concert will take place tonight, March 25th, 2013, 7:30pm at Le Poisson Rouge.

An impressive collection of theatrical talents are strategically placed into teams and given a common theme as inspiration for their work. The freshly-inked pieces are fully staged, briefly rehearsed, then presented to the public on Monday, March 14 at the TBG Theatre.
