Geordie Brown is an award-winning singer, actor, pianist, director, and producer from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Brown is fresh off starring in the lead role of Jukebox Hero - The Musical, based on the greatest hits of Foreigner, in its sold-out World Premiere production at the Ed Mirvish Theatre in Toronto. Brown is known to East Coast audiences for his acclaimed productions of Stan Rogers: A Matter of Heart, The Songs of The Rat Pack, and The Advent Show. Brown will take the stage Friday, March 27, 2020 in a special one-night-only concert at Nova Scotia's largest soft-seat performance venue, the Rebecca Cohn auditorium.

A new musical is being developed by a Nova Scotian writing team that will feature songs originally made famous by Anne Murray, the Grammy-award-winning singer from Springhill, Nova Scotia. The show just underwent a 2-week developmental workshop in Halifax with an 11-member cast of actors. The workshop culminated in a staged reading presentation at the Bella Rose Arts Centre this past Friday.
