BIO
Gavin Kenny is a graduate of the University of Michigan’s Musical Theater Department and Rutgers University's Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology. He is a two-time Broadway World Award Winner for Best Performance in a Musical for his portrayal of Bobby in COMPANY at Theater 2020 and The Proprietor in ASSASSINS at Gallery Players. Gavin was also nominated for the same award for his performance as Buddy the elf in ELF at the iconic Count Basie Theater. In addition to his vast musical theatre resume, Gavin has performed as a soloist in cabarets and concerts throughout New York City: 54 Below, Symphony Stage, The Duplex, Don’t Tell Mama, Producer's Club, Skirball, Beechman, as well as the August Wilson Theater in Maize and Blue on Broadway.
