Castoria has built a reputation for her electrifying portrayals in West Side Story, performing Anita with Gulf Coast Symphony and Surflight Theatre, and appearing as Rosalia / select performances as Anita with LA Opera, where LA Excites called her performance a “lightning rod of the production.” This spring she will perform Anita with Kalamazoo Symphony Orchestra in Michigan and make her debut with Washington National Opera as Rosalia, with performances at Lyric Baltimore and The Music Center at Strathmore.
Additional theatre credits include Diana Morales in A Chorus Line, Annette in Saturday Night Fever, and Erato in Xanadu. Her screen work spans film, television, commercials, and voiceover, including national campaigns for PepsiCo and AARP, the music video Prince Royce – Moneda, and independent films Disconnected and Satan’s Seven.
A professionally trained triple threat, Castoria graduated summa cum laude with a BFA in Acting for Film and Television in Los Angeles and trained at Broadway Dance Center, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, and Millennium Dance Complex. She is also a passionate educator, director, and choreographer, having staged youth productions such as Matilda and Shrek the Musical, and currently serves as a judge for national dance competitions including Beyond The Stars Dance Competition, Breakout Dance Competition, Groove Dance Competition, and Reverb Dance Competition.. She was also the co-creator of the podcast Autocorrect: Creative. Empowered. Originals, which reached listeners in over ten countries.
