What will I learn?
- “The Method” Fundamentals - Acting Technique
- How to free yourself from Mental and Physical tension through learning active relaxation.
- Strengthen your imagination
- How to use your five senses as triggers for the reality we are trying to create.
- Staying Present

- Mindfulness
What do I bring?
- A bottle of water. Unfortunately, coffee is never allowed in the theatre. You are welcome to bring a journal if you want to take any notes or want to write about your experience, totally up to you.
What do I wear?
- Wear something comfortable. I recommend layers as the Theatre can get cold sometimes.
How many students are in the class?
- We keep class sizes small (around 10 people).
