After ten years sharing the excitement and splendor of chamber music in the ante-bellum historic homes and notable theaters of the Lowcountry, Chamber Music Charleston will bring its distinctive performance of chamber music to Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 7:30pm. The performance is presented by Chamber Music Charleston. Chamber Music Charleston’s ensemble of six core musicians will be joined by internationally acclaimed guest violinist Jennifer Frautschi and cellist Edward Arron for a program of music by Mozart, Elgar and Brahms. The program also includes the world premiere of a new work by award winning composer James Stephenson composed specifically for CMC and this event.
