Red pills, blue pills, or maybe a third option—the Pink Pill—await at the Home For Wayward Girls and Fallen Women, where Hotsy Totsy Burlesque is in full swing and Keanu Reeves inspires every act.
On April 9th, audiences can experience a tribute to one of the finest actors of our age—a man who can make “Whoa” mean as many things as there are human experiences: from “I know Kung Fu” to “You shot my dog” to “Wow, this bus is going fast.”

About Keanu Reeves: Canadian actor Keanu Reeves’ career spans four decades. He first charmed audiences in Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure (1989), transitioned to action with Point Break (1991) and Speed (1994), and became an icon as Neo in The Matrix trilogy (1999–2003). Reeves has worked across genres with films like Constantine (2005) and The Lake House (2006), and staged a major comeback with the John Wick series (2014–), cementing his place as a cultural legend worthy of a Hotsy Totsy tribute.
About Hotsy Totsy Burlesque: Celebrating 18 years, Hotsy Totsy staged its first show in New York in April 2007. Known for sold-out performances and gleeful audiences, the troupe pays monthly tribute to favorite movies and TV shows with rhinestones, glitter, and flying underpants.

About the Theatre
The concept of performers and impresarios James and Camille Habacker, the venue first opened in 1999 when the neo-burlesque scene of New York was in its infancy. The Slipper Room is the first venue built specifically to showcase the work of a new collective and designed to nurture emerging talent. The shows consist of performance artists, dancers, drag queens, vaudeville, variety and sideshow acts, often performing outrageous, messy and lewd routines. The Habackers encourage performers to push themselves to try out new work without fear of censorship.
