Actors, Writers, Directors for Placer Rep Season 2025-2026

ROUND ONE OF AUDITIONS / INTERVIEWS - Submissions:

Submissions are accepted from actors, directors and writers June 16 through July 3 to fill paid artistic roles for Placer Repertory Theater Season 2025-2026.

ROUND TWO - invitation to audition / interview.

After panel review, successful submissions will be invited to meet the panel to continue the selection process.

Season 2025-2026 will be announced in July, but we can reveal that:

• Fall 2025 includes an interactive melodrama,
• February 2026 shares a Placer Rep adaptation of a classic piece of theatre,
• Spring 2026 features an adaptation of a Sherlock Holmes piece,
• plus New Works Showcase will offer stage readings of new works in development by local authors July 14 and November 12, 2025, and March 11, 2026.

Writers and Directors may submit their resume, written work samples, and/or links to video work samples with their email cover letter to
CASTING@PlacerRep.org.

Performers interested in participating in Season 2025-2026:

Submit an email cover letter with resume, headshot and URL to an audition video or digital recording of a prior performance to
CASTING@PlacerRep.org. Early career to seasoned professional performers and those who seek to matriculate from community theater or preparatory programs are encouraged to apply. Both nonunion and union performers may apply. Performers are paid for rehearsals and performances. All ethnicities and gender identities are welcomed and encouraged to submit materials. Successful submissions are offered an audition appointment.
