MADAME TUSSAUDS IMMERSIVE MUSICAL THEATRE EXPERIENCE - RWS Entertainment Group Non Equity Auditions

Specifically seeking talent for a brand new Immersive Experience featuring a famous musical theatre composer at Madame Tussauds in Times Square.

Open Call for Singers (Non-Union, over the age of 18) will be held Monday, April 8, 2019 at 10am (Females) and 2pm (Males) at Pearl Studios, 519 8th Avenue (btwn 35th and 36th Sts), 12th Floor, NYC.

Seeking:

FEMALE SINGERS: Any ethnicity. Should read 20's to early 40's. Dynamic performers who can command a stage. Must have strong belt & legit soprano. Improvisational skills a plus.

MALE SINGERS: Any ethnicity. Should read 20's to early 40's. Dynamic performers who can command a stage. Must be legit tenors and bari-tenors. Improvisational skills a plus.

Preparation:

Female Singers: Prepare 16 bars in the style of an 80’s/90’s blockbuster musical IE: Les Mis, Jekyll and Hyde, Miss Saigon, etc. Be prepared with one belt and one legit soprano selection. Bring sheet music in correct key; accompanist will be provided. Bring headshot and resume stapled together.

Male Singers: Prepare 16 bars in the style of an 80’s/90’s blockbuster musical IE: Les Mis, Jekyll and Hyde, Miss Saigon, etc. Have a contrasting selection ready in case you are asked. Bring sheet music in correct key; accompanist will be provided. Bring headshot and resume stapled together.

First contract is about 3 months long, running early-May through August. Must have own housing in the NYC-area. $500-$700/week.
