Disney's Newsies is the closing production of Vanguard Theater's 2025/2026 season, marking the finale of the company's 10th Anniversary season. The production is directed and produced by Janeece Freeman Clark, with choreography by Jasón M. Wells and music direction by Lucas Colón. The cast features Amron Salgado as Jack Kelly, Charli Bush as Katherine, Sam Scriven as Davey Jacobs, DJ Clark as Crutchie, Tahphanese Braswell as Medda, and Dan Maceyak as Pulitzer, among others. The production centers themes of community, justice, and collective action through electrifying choreography and bold storytelling.
