A Theatre for the Very Young ProductionFill your bucket with joy and kindness!Our youngest audience members journey with young Maya through her day as she learns that the key to filling her own bucket is kind actions towards others. Is Mayas bucket full or empty? Does sharing a favorite toy fill her bucket? How about giving her sister a hug? Created by Stages Theatre Company specifically for ages 0-5, this imaginative and immersive experience asks our youngest patrons to join in the discovery that a bucket full of kindness creates joy for all.ABOUT THEATRE FOR THE VERY YOUNGStages Theatre Company is quickly becoming a national leader in producing Theatre for the Very Young, a genre of theatre that has been popular in Europe and Australia for more than 25 years. In this participatory, multi-sensory theatre genre for children age 18-months to 4 years and their caregivers, kids become an integral part of telling the story and are fully engaged throughout the show by professional adult actors and youth actors. Launched in 2014 with our groundbreaking production of The Dandelion Seed, our Theatre for the Very Young productions have been met with an outpouring of interest, and are raising the bar in providing theatre experiences for the youngest of audiences.
