ROLLICKING! A WINTER CARNIVAL MUSICAL, by Rachel Teagle and Keith Hovis, tells the enchanting story of Saint Paul city architect Clarence "Cap" Wigington and his wife Viola as they navigate the whimsical realm of the Winter Carnival. Tasked with designing an ice palace, they encounter historical figures and mythical challenges, all while rekindling their own relationship amidst a plot to undermine the festival by the jealous Fire Lord Vulcanus. This new musical comedy adventure blends history and creativity, celebrating the spirit of Minnesota’s beloved Winter Carnival.
