Little Women, Louisa May Alcott’s classic tale of life in New England after the Civil War, revived and told through the music of American composer Mark Adamo. This production features the artists of Michigan Opera Theatre's resident artist program the MOT Studio, in lead and supporting roles, sung in English with English supertitles. This is the third opera of MOT's annual community initiative to bring opera directly to audiences in Southeastern Michigan through partnerships with community organizations. 30 minute pre-opera talk starts one hour prior to show time.
