Hyenas, written by Kristin Andrea Hanratty, explores the complexities of community and self-identity as a blizzard traps residents in their apartment building. As the condominium board president grapples with raising property values at the potential cost of her neighbors' well-being, tensions rise. The play raises important questions about obligation and personal sacrifice in times of economic uncertainty. Directed by Kyle Los, this world premiere features an eclectic cast that brings to life themes of aging, relationships, and generational divides.
