Blue Star Highway explores themes of love and secrecy across generations. In 1994, William, a closeted high school teacher, meets Ben in Saugatuck, Michigan, leading him to envision a different life. Thirty years later, William's family arrives for a funeral, uncovering the life he once led and confronting their past, ultimately redefining their understanding of family. The play is directed by Kevin Keller and features a cast including Mike Sandusky, Jordan Clime, AJ Dagenais, and Stirling Orlowski.

Theatre NOVA Announces Lineup for 2025 Michigan Playwrights Festival
August 25, 2025 Theatre NOVA will present the 2025 Michigan Playwrights Festival September 11–14, featuring new plays by Joseph Zettelmaier, Jennifer Lane, Jill Halpern, Andrew Morton, and Sarah Elisabeth Brown. Tickets are $10 per reading or $30 for a Festival Pass.About the Theatre
