THE JONBENÉT GAME by Tori Keenan-Zelt

When best friends Molly and Rae were 12, they secretly played JonBenét Ramsey at sleepovers. Twenty years later, in the wake of Molly's tragic death, Rae returns to her hometown school as a guidance counselor. But when Molly’s 12-year-old daughter, Hazel, knocks on Rae’s door, she and Rae slide back into the game, and the dark and liminal spaces of their unresolved grief. A National New Play Network Rolling World Premiere

Maggie Alger
Rae
Maggie Alger (Rae) is honored to work with Theatre NOVA for the first time! She is a Detroit-based actor, but enjoys taking in all of the thrilling sights Metro-Detroit has to offer as she works with theatres across Southeast Michigan. Most recently, she has worked with Penny Seats (The City in the City in the City), Open Book Theatre Company (Dontrell, Who Kissed the Sea), and the Inspired Acting Company (The Curious Case of the Watson Intelligence). Many thanks to the incredible creative team behind the show and to her talented castmates that make this story alive.
Cassandra Wilson
Hazel/Molly/JonBenét
Cassandra Wilson (Hazel/Molly/JonBenét) is so excited to make her Theatre NOVA debut! Previous credits include Julie (Gearheads), Katie (The Lightning Thief), and Tabatha/Cheshire Cat (Alice by Heart). She is currently a student at Eastern Michigan University studying Musical Theatre and would like to thank her friends and family for their neverending support!
Amy Morrisey
Miss Kay & Patsy Ramsey
Amy Morrisey (Miss Kay & Patsy Ramsey) is excited to be working at Theatre NOVA. She's worked at several Michigan theaters, including the Dio, Tipping Point, Two Muses, and the Matrix. She's so grateful for her family, who make it all work – much love to Tim, Josh, and Erin.
