FST will present the regional premiere of Our Son's Wedding. The new play had its world premiere at Gloucester Stage Company, and went on to a recent run at Lake George Dinner Theatre in New York. New York actress Marina Re returns to FST as the wife, Mary, after appearing as the mother in both The Miamians and Boleros for the Disenchanted. She also appeared in Our Son's Wedding at Lake George Dinner Theatre and Gloucester Stage in the same role. Marina's husband, actor Paul D'Amato, will join her on stage in what will surely be a chemistry filled portrayal of the couple Angelo and Mary Lo Presto.

Dozier's repertoire combines the greatest jazz standards with today's edgy and contemporary sounds. She will be backed by three of South Florida's top musicians: Brad Keller (piano), Dave Tomasello (bass) and James Cotmon (drums).

Actors' Playhouse at the Miracle Theatre closes the 2010-2011 season with the world premiere of See Jane Run!, a new musical by Maribeth Graham and Dana P. Rowe. A multiple nominee and three-time recipient of the Carbonell Award, Graham has appeared in New York City Off-Broadway, many times at Actors' Playhouse and in most major South Florida regional theaters. Rowe, whose musical works include Zombie Prom, The Fix, and The Witches of Eastwick, has received Olivier Award nominations for The Fix and The Witches of Eastwick, both of which were produced in London's West End by Sir Cameron Mackintosh.

The current North American Tour has played over 3,600 performances in over 135 cities with 145 repeat visits. The original West End production of MAMMA MIA! is now in its twelfth year and has celebrated over 5,000 performances in London. The international tour has visited more than 50 foreign cities and been seen by 3.7 million people.

Florida Studio Theatre is bringing back another season of FST Improv, where Sarasota's homegrown troupe of funny guys are back for more shenanigans. The FST Improv season returns to its Saturday Night spot on June 25, and will continue on Saturdays this summer at 8pm in the Goldstein Cabaret. General admission seating is $12 each.

In response to the sudden closure this week of Florida Stage, Judith A. Mitchell, Chief Executive Officer of the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, today announced that the Center would offer a complimentary ticket for each ticket purchased through the Kravis Center's box office to Florida Stage's now-cancelled production of Ella. The 'comps' can be used at any 'Kravis Center presents' performance in the Rinker Playhouse, Persson Hall or Gosman Amphitheatre during the 2011-2012 season, based on availability.
