GCT's final Lunchbreak Concert of Season 53 brings back the incomparable Tanisha Ward with an hour of engaging beautiful music presenting We The People 2.0: An afternoon of poetry, Opera arias, art songs, Broadway, and spirituals.
Tanisha has amazed a sold-out houses in our Lunchbreak concerts and venues across the MidSouth. Her non-profit Classical Melodies Inc. shares her passion for vocal music in schools and underserved communities. You may also have seen her on stage at Theatre Memphis in their Women in the Arts Festival, their production of Master Class, or singing with Opera Memphis. Enjoy her soaring soprano voice and special guest friends in this hour of selections that stir her heart while highlighting American history and culture.
