It’s the 8th Annual BFF Binge Fringe Festival of FREE Theatre, Oct 15 - Nov 19, the only FREE Fringe Festival in the nation, offering 38 in-person plays, workshops and family-oriented events, presenting:

Up and Down the Rabbit Hole – A BFF 2023 WORLD PREMIERE - 8:00 PM, The Other Space, 12+

A world premiere ShortBurst® Theatre production crafted by community members in collaboration with members of Theatre R.A.W., created especially for BFF 2023. Will AI's take over the world? Will imaginary friends become corporeal? Will a cohort of mythical beings wipe out imagination? Will internet-obsessed neighbors have an actual, in-person conversation? Right now, no one knows. What we do know is that whatever Theatre R.A.W. creates, it’s always humorous, touching, relevant, and out of the box. Featuring Michael Atkins, Victoria Bemis, Marty Cohen, Linda Kohn, Michala Peltz, Aiden Ricklef, Devin Ricklef, Michael Starratt, Heidi Anderson Swan, Joe Swan, Poey Paige, Theda Weston and Playhouse Associate Director of Adult Education Berkeley Sanjay. Written by Evelyn Rudie, directed by Playhouse Co-Artistic Director Chris DeCarlo. Includes post-show wine and dessert reception with the cast.

Live-streaming through November 19: https://youtube.com/live/k5IXyHiOOto?feature=share

Special thanks to generous grants from the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors through the Los Angeles County Department of Arts and Culture, the City of Santa Monica and the Santa Monica Arts Commission and Playhouse PALS. The BFF celebrates the range and depth of the human condition and the idea that theatre arts experiences are vital, transformative, and must be available for all.
