LYRICS FROM LOCKDOWN is a one-man show created by Bryonn Bain, a Tony Award-nominated theater maker and activist. This multimedia production explores the humor and resilience of families affected by mass incarceration, blending hip-hop theater, spoken word poetry, and music. Backed by executive producers Gina Belafonte, Rob Reiner, and Delroy Lindo, Bain brings to life 40 characters and shares two remarkable true stories in his performance. The show is set to return to Los Angeles for a one-night-only event on December 12, 2025.
