Fool in the Pool is a surreal, immersive karaoke play written by and starring Edward Kiniry-Ostro (Zoey 101, It's Always Sunny), directed by Cecilia Fairchild, and produced by Tianna Cohen. The show follows a has-been child star turned karaoke host who is forced to confront his troubled past when his former producer kills their comeback dream. Featuring a live karaoke band, classic songs, and video elements, the production blends multimedia storytelling with the familiar energy of a karaoke night to explore themes of validation, control, and survival. After earning an Encore Producers Award nomination at the Hollywood Fringe Festival, the show returns for a four-performance residency at El Condor Restaurant in Los Angeles, running May through August 2026.
