Samadahi Entertainment is set to present VENUS IN FUR, by David Ives, directed by Mark Blanchard. Billie! Backstage With Lady Day, the award-winning show with music and written and performed by Synthia L. Hardy. Directed by Bryan Rasmussen, presented by Sierra Madre Playhouse, running January 13- January 22, 2023.

While there are laughs to be had, nostalgia to be indulged and charm aplenty in Christian Lebano’s production of YaGM Charlie Brown for the Sierra Madre Playhouse, there is also a certain quotient of angst that no bright costumes or cutesy set pieces can disguise.
Virtual Off the Page, the series of virtual staged readings presented online by Sierra Madre Playhouse, next presents streamed performances of The Realistic Joneses by Will Eno.
Meet the playwrights from the 2nd week of LA's first TogetherLAFestival. Presented by Alternative Theatre Los Angeles (ATLA) in association with LA Stage Alliance (LASA), a?oeTogether LA: A Virtual Stage Festivala?? is celebrating the vibrant and diverse intimate theatre scene of the greater Los Angeles area.

For the 106th Kritzerland show, Kritzerland is once again doing the show on Facebook and YouTube Live. For the June show, there's a great cast, it's more ambitious than the May show, and once again any donations would go to the Group Rep Theater in North Hollywood, non-profit 501 (c) (3).
Actor/playwright Doug Haverty will become Group Rep's new artistic director in January 2020. In our conversation he tells our readers in great detail about the upcoming season and talks in depth about his vision for the theater. How long have you been a member of Group Rep? DH: I started in 1983, so 36 years.
