Alex in Wonderland at Blue Door Theater

A world premiere musical inspired by Lewis Carroll's beloved classic, written and directed by Laurie Grant. The family-friendly production follows Alex as he tumbles down the rabbit hole into a topsy-turvy world filled with the White Rabbit, the Mad Hatter, the March Hare, the Caterpillar, the Cheshire Cat, and the Queen of Hearts. The cast features Rex Lewis-Clack as the Narrator alongside Julio Hoyos, Yaro Calderon, August McAdoo, Patrick Storey, Alan Davis, Igor Zaninovich, Olena Calderon, and Gaby Gutierrez, members of Rex & Friends, a performance ensemble of neurodiverse and disabled artists. The story is told through iconic songs spanning the 1960s to present day, celebrating friendship, individuality, and courage.
