Cast Members From DISNEY'S BEAUTY AND THE BEAST at CASA 0101 Perform At Los Angeles City Council Meeting

CASA 0101 Theater, TNH Productions and El Centro Del Pueblo in association with Councilmember Gil Cedillo will present cast members of Disney's Beauty and the Beast performing highlights from the Broadway Musical at the Los Angeles City Council Meeting on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.

The family fun production will open this Friday, December 8, 2017 at CASA 0101 Theater, 2102 East First Street (at St. Louis Street directly across the street from the Hollenbeck Police Station), Boyle Heights, CA 90033.

The popular musical, based on French fairy tale, follows Belle, a young woman in a provincial town in France, who meets up with a Beast, who is actually a handsome young Prince, under the magic spell of an Enchantress. Time is running out. The Beast, and all his good-natured castle servants, including Mrs. Potts, Lumiere, Cogsworth, Chip, Babette and Madame de la Grande Bouche, will be doomed for all eternity if the magic spell isn't broken by the kiss of true love. The show features the Academy Award-winning titular song, "Beauty and the Beast" and the Academy Award-nominated songs, "Belle" and "Be Our Guest." Step into the enchanted world of Broadway's modern classic "tale as old as time" to witness the multicultural cast singing, dancing and acting, bedecked in lavish costumes, performing on an opulent set.

This production of Disney's Beauty and the Beast is presented by CASA 0101 Theater, TNH Productions and El Centro Del Pueblo, in association with Los Angeles City Councilmember Gil Cedillo.
