American Heartland Theatre in Crown Center has announced its 2011-2012 Season, celebrating the theatre's 25th season of productions. To commemorate AHT's silver anniversary, they have proudly continued the tradition of providing variety in live theatre by showcasing three Kansas City Premiere musicals, two World Premiere plays and one classic theatrical masterpiece.

He put out his own record, Lost Days, which featured the song 'Stockyards.' A line-by-line listing of Donahew's favorite Fort Worth places, the song used to be played as the intro for Fort Worth's now nonoperational Brahmas hockey franchise.

In 1995, Zoso was formed to create the most mesmerizing and accurate portrayal of 'the biggest band of the 1970's' - Led Zeppelin. Each member was selected to portray both the appearance and playing styles of Robert Plant, Jimmy Page, John Bonham, and John Paul Jones. Zoso almost immediately developed an outstanding regional reputation and were awarded 'BestvTribute Act in California' by Rock City News.

Unicorn Theatre and UMKC Theatre partner again, this time to produce Lynn Nottage's Pulitzer Prize Winning play, RUINED. This partnership, now in the third season, has great impact for both organizations. Graduate students pursuing their MFA in performance or design work right along professional actors, designer and directors to hone their crafts in a practical format. The Unicorn gains access to talented, young artists before they even start out their careers. Many students who have worked here as students, have since been hired back as professionals when they graduate.
