Jacob’s Pillow seeks 3 Associate Producers: The first is an Associate Producer of Events to join the Programming Department, reporting directly to the Producing Director. The Associate Producer of Events will be responsible for managing contract administration and advancing logistics for all events and event performances with support from Seasonal Staff. Key responsibilities include the planning, execution, and support of on and off campus events, including the annual Gala, art exhibit openings, field convenings, late night dance parties, weekly Family Programming, Alumni and Community Days. Additionally, the Associate Producer of Events will manage and communicate logistics with artists, draft and negotiate contracts, arrange transportation, support visa logistics, coordinate housing and meals, arrange complimentary tickets, and work closely with the Health Care Coordinator to support the wellness of visiting artists and guests. The Associate Producer of Events will also assist in tracking the Programming Department’s annual budget, support special events, and ensure the smooth execution of all logistical needs for Jacob's Pillow's performance programming. The second is Associate Producer of the Doris Duke Theatre to join the Programming Department, reporting directly to the Producing Director. The Associate Producer will be responsible for managing contract administration and advancing logistics for all Doris Duke Theatre performances with support from Seasonal Staff. Key responsibilities include managing and communicating logistics with artists, drafting and negotiating contracts, arranging transportation, visa logistics support, coordinating housing and meals, arranging complimentary tickets, and working closely with the Health Care Coordinator to support the wellness of visiting artists and guests. Additionally, the Associate Producer will assist in tracking the Programming Department’s annual budget, support special events, and ensure the smooth execution of all logistical needs for Jacob's Pillow's performance programming. The third is an Associate Producer for the Henry J. Leir Stage (HJL) to join the Programming Department, reporting directly to the Producing Director. The Associate Producer will be responsible for supporting 9+ weeks of dance performances, coordinating contract administration, and advancing logistics for one of the indoor or outdoor theaters with support from Seasonal Staff & Interns. Key responsibilities include managing contracts, arranging transportation, processing visas, coordinating housing and meals, arranging complimentary tickets, supporting curtain speeches and Q&As, and working closely with the Health Care Coordinator to support the wellness of all visiting artists and guests. Additionally, the Associate Producer will assist in tracking the Programming Department’s annual budget, support special events, collaborate with local business partners, and ensure the smooth execution of all logistical needs for Jacob's Pillow's performance programming.
