When you have an employee who works remotely and has a time clock at home, the Breeze Clock app can be incredibly helpful to keep track of their hoursnot only with regards to the amount of time they're spending at work and even if they're working overtime, but also for any other reasons you want to keep track of. For example, a company might want to ensure that their worker isn't showing up late for work and missing key deadlines. With geofences, this app can also make sure that employees are at the remote work location, rather than arriving late for work and subsequently having to explain why they've been an hour late. This app is especially helpful for supervisors who may not know the exact location of an employee's home office or how far away it is from the office itself. We've started using Breeze Clock for our remote employees and have been very pleased with how well the app tracks their time. It does an excellent job of allowing us to track the exact amount of time employees are spending at the job site and helps us to understand what is causing them to run late. The app also works great in conjunction with geofences so that we can ensure they arrived at the job site on time (thanks to geofencing) and are not otherwise wasting their time by arriving late.
