It's late one night in the living room of the Whitman family in the 1920's. The town is under high alert because of the infamous Black Terror, who has been spotted robbing houses in the area. And now, it seems that his crime spree is finally hitting home for the Whitmans -- Noises, crashes, missing objects, and other strange happenings can only mean one thing... The Black Terror is here! The family hires a detective to get to the bottom of it, but to the consternation of the men-folk, and in a twist that was highly unusual in that day and age, the detective turns out to be ... a woman! The old-fashioned values, and fragile egos, of the men-folk take a hit at the thought of being protected by a female detective, so they set out to solve the mystery themselves. Abundant twists, turns and surprises await them all in the mystery comedy "Oh, Kay!"
