Verdi's Aida is presented in a new production from director Kaneza Schaal, inspired by diverse cultures and art forms from across the globe, telling a story of love, betrayal, and sacrifice set to an iconic Romantic Italian score. Ailyn Pérez returns to HGO as Aida, with Jonathan Tetelman and Adam Smith sharing the role of Radames, Lucas Meachem in his role debut as Amonasro, and Raehann Bryce-Davis as Amneris. Michele Gamba makes his company debut at the podium.
